Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values lower on light demand and moderate offerings. Select
and Choice round and loin cuts steady to weak while chuck cuts weak to lower.
Choice rib cuts firm while Select weak. Beef trimmings sharply lower on light
demand and heavy offerings.
